Amara Chen is the Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Brightflux, where she leads operations and drives the firm’s delivery work. She has partnered with organisations - from professional sports teams to industrial operators - to put AI into production and keep it there. She is focused on building teams of exceptional operators and putting them on high-impact problems until the work actually changes.

He sets the product and engineering direction the delivery team implements, and is the source of many of the frameworks the studio uses on engagements. He has spent the last several years turning messy operational work into systems clients still run a year later - and he is the one who decides what is actually worth building.
